Sheriff candidate is experienced, humane

It isn’t often that we have a chance to elect an official with actual on-the-job experience.

He was a Worcester kid of a time and place. He lived on June Street and went to May Street School and later, Columbus Park, where his dad was a long-time teacher. After graduating from Saint John’s in 1986, aged 19, he got a job. This was not a radical choice.
